The North Sea Jazz festival has for 32 year given jazz and jazz-related music a broad platform for musicians to perform and experiment.

Growth of the festival in the Hague

We owe it all to Paul Acket. In- and outdoor jazz during three days in The Netherlands for 32 years.

International expansion

Going abroad with the festival was a challenge.

Relocation to Rotterdam in 2006

Nobody ever expected the festival to change location.
