Q: Can I book extra night(s) before or after the festival dates?
A: Yes, you can book up to 2 extra nights before and/or after the festival dates.
Q: I would like the 3-day pass together with the hotelbooking. My partner wants to join me but does not want the 3-day pass. Can I book one 3-day pass only?
A: Yes, you can
Q: Can I book a hotel without tickets?
A: No, that is not possible. When booking a hotel through this website you must buy a minimum of one 3-day pass per hotelroom
Q: I would like to book 1- day ticket(s) for my partner. Is that possible?
A: Yes, you can book 1-day tickets for Friday, Saturday or Sunday evening. Please send us an e-mail with your request at nsj@itbholland.com
Q: I have a group of more than 10 people. Can I book online or should I send a special request by email?
A: You can book this online but if you are more comfortable talking to us direct, please send us an email or call us (click on "contact")
Q: When are the plusconcert prices and performing artists available?
A: Not known yet
Q: I would like to buy an all-in pass, can you help me?
A: Yes, when booking your hotel online you will see the options to buy all-in passes and the supplemental cost
